The creator of the ArqueDerma^TM technique, Leslie Fletcher, RN, MEP-C developed the methodology through her work of injecting dermal fillers over the last 10 years. The conventional methods of injecting which she initially employed did not provide the dramatic results that she and her patients truly desired. She searched for a way to maximize the effects of these revolutionary dermal filler products.

Realizing that engineering and physics were the essence of the structure of the face, she delved deeply into classical architecture and the writings of Leonardo da Vinci to find a modern, more exact way to beautifully transform faces and sustain that beauty by using well-established dermal fillers Juvederm®, Restylane®, and Perlane® as the tools. Her innovative technique has transformed the non-invasive dermal filler aesthetic category, and the ArqueDerma^TM Artistic Restoration Lift^TM is recognized as a new aesthetic art by many of Leslie's contemporaries.
